Register for GECRC's FREE 2026 Summer Program

Thank you for your interest in the Glen Ellyn Children's Resource Center (GECRC) Summer Program! Our full-day summer program provides academic support, enrichment activities, social-emotional learning, field trips, transportation, and nutritious meals for eligible students entering grades 1–8.

There is no cost to participate for eligible families.

How to Register

Step 1: Create a Better Impact Profile

All families must first create a Better Impact profile for each child seeking to enroll in program. This profile serves as your child's registration account and will be used for program enrollment and communication throughout the summer. CLICK HERE to create your Better Impact profile and start your registration process.

Step 2: Schedule a Registration Appointment

After creating your Better Impact profile, you must schedule a registration appointment with a GECRC staff member. Registration is not complete until you attend your appointment and provide the required documentation. Appointments are available in-person or virtually. Spanish and Burmese interpreters can be made available if needed.

Step 3: Attend Your Appointment

Please bring the following documents for each child you wish to enroll:

  • Two (2) most recent pay stubs for all working adults in the household
  • Your child's birth certificate
  • Your child's current immunization records

Providing these documents helps us determine program eligibility and complete your child's enrollment. Documents can be emailed in advance to files@gecrc.com
