Maryam Ghouse, Volunteer Coordinator, Churchill Classroom Coordinator - Maryam started as a volunteer tutor for 5th grade students. The welcoming environment, rewarding work, and wonderful students led her to join the GECRC team in 2017 as a Classroom Coordinator, then adding the role of Volunteer Coordinator in 2019. Maryam has a B.A. in Human Services from National Lewis University. Her passion for serving vulnerable communities, working with students and watching them grow, while helping volunteers find the same joy she did as a volunteer tutor makes her a great fit for GECRC.
